H J. Stephens Salon and Spa State College ere at J Stephens we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We kindly request that you reschedule or cancel your reserved service with at least 24 hours notice.

Due to scheduling commitments with our other clients, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late.

Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not show up, may be asked to prepay for future services. J. Stephens Salon and Spa State College

We love families and children. However, we use chemicals, hot irons and sharp scissors - and we don't want anyone to be injured while visiting J Stephens Salon and Spa, least of all a child. Additionally, we are committed to providing a relaxing, stress-free environment for all of our guests. If you must bring your children with you for your appointment, please encourage them to be quiet and well behaved.

GIFT CARDS are available in any denomination.

Our Referral Program is a rewards program designed to thank our loyal customers for recommending their family, friends, co-workers, or complete strangers! Simply pick up a referral card (or a few) at our salon and hand them out. Any FIRST TIME GUEST of J. Stephens Salon and Spa will receive $10 off a haircut service and/or $20.00 off a color service. To show our appreciation to you, our loyal guest, for your referrals, you will receive the same offer: $10 off a haircut service and/or $20.00 off a color service to be redeemed at your next visit.
