H ere at J Stephens we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We kindly request that you reschedule or cancel your reserved service with at least 24 hours notice.
Due to scheduling commitments with our other clients, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late.
Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not show up, may be asked to prepay for future services.
We reserve the right to ask for a credit card guarantee on any service.
We love families and children. However, we use chemicals, hot irons and sharp scissors - and we don't want anyone to be injured while visiting J Stephens Salon and Spa, least of all a child. Additionally, we are committed to providing a relaxing, stress-free environment for all of our guests. If you must bring your children with you for your appointment, please encourage them to be quiet and well behaved.
